P-59A Airacomet .50 M2HB Ammo Count

1. A detailed description of the issue you have encountered. It is also important that you describe how we can reproduce the issue, if you are able to reproduce it.

The P-59A Airacomet has far too much .50 caliber ammo for its three M2HB heavy machine guns.

2. If applicable, the full name(s) of the vehicle(s) affected.

P-59A Airacomet

3. If applicable, the difficulty setting (e.g. Arcade) in which the issue occurs.

All difficulty settings as this is a issue with the amount of ammunition available to the vehicle.

4. If applicable, an attached screenshot showing the issue, as well the client reply file and the server replay.

As you can see, the three M2HB .50 caliber heavy machine guns on the P-59A Airacomet currently have access to 1,800 rounds of ammunition. This is grossly over performing compared to reality, three times as much ammunition as it historically had.

5. Attach the Client Log of the session in which the error occurred. If the problem is persistent, attach the latest one available.

See attached.

6. Attach your system's current DxDiag Log.

Not applicable to this issue.

7. If possible, link a short video showcasing the issue.

See #4.

8. Detailed description of the fix you suggest. Provide sources including references that underline your position. This is up to the discretion of the Technical Moderator handling the report, however the number of sources required depends on the type of source presented.

As per AN 01-110FF-2, the three M2HB .50 caliber heavy machine guns should have a total of 600 rounds of ammunition, 200 rounds per M2HB. It should not be 600 rounds of ammunition per M2HB, totaling to 1,800 rounds of ammunition for the M2HBs.

I do not believe this (image above) is the correct cover page for the actual document, however it's what on the website where I found the manual.

Good find, suspected it was too much but never could find the qty.

Hope to find 1 more reference, but this is fine.

...and found it, page 155~156 lists the same amount.

Even in same document such verification is desirable!
