Merely open your recruiting... As long as you accept at a rate where people will get the 20k RP, then you'll be able to cycle out those who you don't favor for those who you do.

The main reason the lower squadrons don't get members is because no matter how much grinding the new entrants do, if the squadron has no active members, they aren't going to get the full bonus so would be better off joining the active ones for that.

And I don't mean just opening a channel calling people to join, handing out your discord... I am meaning to actually open your membership requirements up and get full.

Now I have 2300 RP left and its still 2300 GE

After certain point amount of GE to skip grind stays the same even if you invest more rp

 I would suggest “aggressively” advertising your squadron, my squad started out as 14ish people and making a post in the forms and keeping it high up and responding to every looking for squad that seems like they would fit for your squadron type. As in the case of the squadron am part of it got us up to max squadron rp quickly (like 4 months) and after awhile got us close to max players. I would also suggest talking to large discord’s that have a ad section for squadrons or war thunder discords.

Maybe MiG-23/S Flogger-A or MiG-23MS Flogger-E, which both use R-13M and R-3R, on BR 10.0 would be very interesting. It's not a groundbreaking aircraft but it would give players who aren't that far away the feel of a swing-wing aircraft.  In addition to this aircraft, I would also add something on low BR for different nations.

I got the idea that the squadron vehicles would be locked until the given tier on which the squadron vehicle is located was unlocked. This would reduce the number of players who would leave the battle after one death.

Why, though? It takes time to unlock one, and even the SQ vehicle farms (of which there are plenty) kick you out for inactivity.

Let new players have their cake. As an incentive to play. Also, playing on high BR is very different, so SQ vehicles offer an opportunity to learn for new or relatively new players.

I don't have much activity and I have 20k points every 3 days. I am currently researched practically all squadrons of the vehicle.  It really doesn't take long time. The biggest problem is that players with have these vehicles simply don't have another vehicle to deploy after losing it.  This means that after one death, they simply leave the battle and team lose the player. The same problem is with premium vehicles. Another solution and probably better is to give it reserves (2 or 3) as in the case of Tier I basic vehicles.

One-spawn-warrior problem is better solved with giving the players more opportunities to earn backups

Don't you have any plane for one-spawn-worriors who just only buy one squadron vehicle.

 

Just look at Leo 2 PL's performance in German's top tier with realistic mode. So much new player join in the top tier even they don't know how to play this game. Meantime, many hackers just register a new accout and use their cheating programs in top tier.

 

That is ok for you, as a conpany, want to let players pay more money to buy squadron vehicle but you shouldn't ruin players' game experience. If you want to build a negative game mode, just look at PVE is fine.

Thoughts,

 

I'd personally like to see several lower level vehicles added to the squadron vehicles list.  Air, Ground, and Naval, (Levels III and IV). Not everyone likes playing upper tier.   

 

As for one vehicle and out...seems to be part of the game...look at Realistic Air Battles for instance.  If it were that way for Realistic Ground Battles, it would probably be way more realistic as folks would be much more cautious and tactically efficient  vs  full speed ahead clobber fest.  

 

Everyone has the ability to apply to Grinding squadrons. Each squadron has their own individual requirements, pros, cons, perks etc... If you don't agree with those requirements then it's best to find another squadron...there are over 30000 last time I counted. Besides recruiting, smaller squadrons and training squadrons could also merge. Get to know other squadron commanders and work out a plan or rank structure etc.. It could benefit all members when it comes to grinding squadron vehicles and getting the Experience Points (XP).

Yes, I agree with that. Except for Firecrest we don´t have low tier squadron vehicles. For example BT-42 for Sweden?

Finland has a lot to offer. From Finish variants of Swedish vehicles, a large number of machines developed in Finland itself, to Finnish variants of Soviet machines. Perfect to fill Swedish TT.

 

Now is question what low tier machines can be added as squadron.

I really think Gaijin should reduce the amount of GE that u need to spend on Squad Veichles. When it was 100 000 points left I could pau 2200 GE to get it, and when I was just 21 000 I ONLY could spend the same amount, now I m até 431 XP left and if I want to get it I need to spend 2200 GE. I think Gaijin should fix that, what do u think?
