M8 Rocket Performance Error

1. The full name of the vehicle affected: M8 Rocket (https://wiki.warthunder.com/M8)

2. If the problem is isolated to one difficulty setting (e.g. Simulator), specify which: Observed in Arcade Battle, did not test in Realistic or Simulator Battles. Aircraft tested with M10 launch tubes: XP-38G, A-20G-25, P-38G-1, P-39Q-5 and P-39N-0.

3. A detailed description of the issue you have or what you see as being erroneous regarding its representation in-game: Upon exiting the M10 launch tube, the M8 rocket's six stabilizing fins do not deploy (flip out) and remain in their retained position throughout their flight.

4. Unless the data is taken from an official Gaijin statement, please provide a documented test and provide the Client Log from that session: 2019_04_26_20_05_35__14324.clogDxDiag.txt

5. A detailed description of the fix you suggest:  When the M8 rocket exits the M10 launch tube upon being fired, the six stabilizing fins should snap out from the retained position and into fully extended flight position (see image referenced below: M8_fins_out_and_M16rockets_2.png).

6. Provide sources including a reference that underline your position. Photographs need to be fully referenced.

7. Picture information and references:

If there should be any further information/documentation required, please let me know.

*I am not sure why the spoiler blocks are so big, I tried eliminating all the white/blank space, but it didn't work any pointers would be helpful.
