[1.81.1.16]Bombers flying without a tail

Yesterday i saw a b17 getting its tail shot off, and he kept flying until i dispatched of his wings, and today i was flying out in my Do217 and the same thing happened to me, I even made it to the airfield!(although i botched the landing) it seems like losing the tail has the same effect on the aircraft as getting just the controls taken out.

It's not just bombers.  I lost my tail in a Tigercat, and it just turned into a Ho-229.  Wasn't even that hard to control, just use flaps for pitch and roll like normal

I had the same case with Bf-109E3, I almost landed it after my tail got shot off.

I saw this happen with a BF109 on Norway last night too, so it's not just bombers.
