The Weiss WM-21 Sólyom (Falcon) was an indigenous Hungarian biplane developed in the 1938 as an attempt to modernize the Hungarian airforce.  It was a multirole aircraft that could serve as a light bomber or reconnaissance plane.  It replaced the earlier Fokker C.V biplanes and was designed with a strenghened airframe and a more powerful engine (a copy of the French Gnome-Rhone 14K).  A total of 128 were built; the aircraft were used as light bombers during the invasion of Yugoslavia and frontline reconnaissance aircraft supporting Hungarian troops in the Ukraine; later they were used to supress Soviet partisans.  They continued to be used in anti-partisan duty and as trainers until 1945; most were destroyed during the Soviet invasion of Hungary to prevent the aircraft from falling into enemy hands.

The WM-21 was armed with indigenous Hungarian Gebauer machine guns.  The fixed guns were a single twin-barrel weapon, the Gebauer 1926/31.M, that achieved a rate of fire of 1500rpm by using the crankshaft of the aircraft's engine to help drive the firing mechanism.  This would put the guns between the rate of fire of the German MG17 (1200rpm) and Soviet ShKAS (1800rpm).

I think that the WM-21 would be a great low-tier addition to War Thunder!  Gaijin has stated that minor Axis vehicles will be added into the Italian tree as premium vehicles going forward, so I think that this aircraft would be suitable as a cheap Italian premium.  Please let me know what you think, and if you have another way you would like the aircraft added!
