    • https→failed to download
    • http→success to download, but "Internal Server Error" cause when mission start
  • Google Drive direct link (Normal client)
    • https→failed to download
    • http→success to download, but "Internal Server Error" cause when mission start
  • Live War Thunder link (Work in Progress client)
    • https→failed to download
    • http→failed to download
  • Live War Thunder link (Normal client)

Hi,

Have you added the War Thunder directory to your Anti Virus software's "Trusted" or "Exceptions" list? (Name will depend on software)

Yes, I already add exceptions in Windows Defender Firewall.

Ongoing issue with ever since it was introduced- I was advised to ask for help here.
Things I've tried to get it to work
(basically tried this

)
Https:// -> Http:// (No changes)
Checking connection to the live.warthunder.com page using CMD (No connection issues)
Firewall - Disabled (No change)
Antivirus Disabled for testing (No change)
Port check - No issues
ISP called and ports also checked to make sure there was no issue

Kinda lost on what to do now- any help from here would be great.
I can provide Clogs when requested with exact steps of action

When I test Firewall/Windows Defender invalidate, cause "Internal Server Error", too.

I don't know that this information will be helpful.

As far as I know, War Thunder Player that living in Japan cannot download or cause Internal Server Error.

And, Japanese players forced to link DMM.

I guess when host "mission by URL", game will check host player have requirements (Spending in the Gaijin Store). I guess Problems are occurring here.

DMM also cause store's error.

Are any of you at an educational or commercial facility?   Are your machines part of an IntraNet?

The Dev's have looked into this before and could find no issue.  I just connected to a User mission with no problems.

I wondering if there are machine ports being blocked.

My PC is not part of any IntraNet or edu or others.

Internet Provider is “Baycom.JP”

They don’t block any connections.

And, Security service that they provided is only Kaspersky (optional, I don’t use that service)

This would appear to be a ISP issue.  I just used the Web site today to buy the La-11 and Prendergast Spitfire with no issue at all.

Most curious.  Are they using a VPN or similar?

I think this is not ISP issue because at least October 18, 2017 I can download and host "mission by URL".

I don't change any ISP services, and Baycom didn't do any changes, too.

I think Baycom don't using VPN.

Yep, I understand this.  However, the fact that both myself, Rapitor, LordMustang and the Developers can connect indicates it is not an issue with the URL or server.

I will see if there is anything else we can try and play with it some more.

Cheers

Just checking this isn't something really basic

Quote

If the mission is adapted for the multiplayer game, it can be launched as simple mission from “custom battles”. Launching of such missions is available by completing of following requirements:

  • The mission needs to be adapted for multiplayer battles (needs to have respawn zones for both teams).
  • The mission needs to be created in an existing default War Thunder location.
  • The mission should have an initiator (creator of the session).

The option of being an initiator will be automatically given to players that purchase any item from the game shop for more than $10.

Have we all actually bought something for greater than $10.00 US in one transaction?

Yes, I purchased over 10$ in one transaction.

(DMM says requires over 1,000 yen)

Do you have any Add Blocker (Add Block Plus/ABP, No Script, uBlock, Add Guard, ...) in your Browser?

I using “Video Blocker” for YouTube.

Should I try to delete it from my browser?

Please deactivate all add/script blockers for WT Live or add WT Live to a whitelist of the plugin if possible.

There are no adds on Live anyway and i know these browser extensions tend to cause problems ^^

I test other some missions and successes to download but I can't play it.

EDIT: when select EU, US, SA server, "Internal Server Error" caused.

EDIT2: I guess other missions that I test is broken because I make it 1 years ago

That could be quite possible.  The game is very different underneath than it was 1 year ago.

It is using the Dagor 5.0 engine now, not the 4.0 version.

Can you create another game and see if you can connect.

Thanks for the help CmdNomad.:good:

I'm sorry, problem not solved now.

I try to make mission as soon as possible.

Today I make new one for test, and it can download, and not cause "Internal Server Error" when using google drive(http) and select RU server.

My deepest thanks to all peoples to help me.
