I'm having the same issue. Got a World at War email & in-game popup, but cannot access the forum sections. I contacted support and they told me to post here. Any help is appreciated!

What if we have neither badge, left an application to be a CBT tester before April 28th, and can't access the Mass test during the testing period?

I was invited to play the The first light cruisers to test but I can't go on to it it says I need one of those ships on store I don't know what to do so I went looking and found you do you know what I can do?

Admiral of the Fleet - you have access to World War Mode test and to Navy test. According to what I can see, you have proper group, so you have access to the section.

You should contact support, we cannot help you with access to the game events

If you send your application like it was mentioned in e-mail, you should have access. If you do not have it, you need to contact with support.

hey i bought the Project 1124 MRLS Pack yesterday and i don't have the knight of the sea icon or naval CBT forum access. is there just like a delay in access being granted or is it not being granted anymore since 1.79 is right around the corner?

Make sure you log off and log back in. Should be there after that.

log out of both gaijin and steam. then log back in on both of them. that SHOULD fix it.

i guess to be able to see the naval cbt forum you'd need to login with the account that got access (so the Steam one rather than the separate Gaijin account)

...and as for the naval battles in the game they are not up / available atm afaik so it's perfectly normal that you dont see them i think.
