I do not have access to CBT section / I do not have badge / I am in wrong group on forum /I cannot type on forum

Groups, badges, all that shiny things you would like to have, but from some strange reason you do not have.

 

If you think that you are in wrong forum group, or you did not recieve all badges you should, first you should double check if you should have them.
Read descriotion of the pack you bought, usually all info is there.
After that, please sign off and sign in on forum (no, F5 or close and open browser is not enough, you need to sign off and sign in). If it will not help, wait few (more than 2) hours and repeat the process with signing.
Still no luck? Post in this thread with an info, and we will try to help you ASAP.

Groups on the forum:

• Members - self explanatory.
• Admiral of the Fleet - you have access to World War Mode test and to Navy test.
• Air Marshall - you have access to World War Mode test and Air Forces test (right now not in use, due to fact that we do not have any new nation that we test)
• 3 Star General - you have access to World War Mode test and Ground Forces test (right now not in use, due to fact that we do not have any new nation that we test)
• On Land and at Sea - you have access to Navy test and Ground Forces test (right now not in use, due to fact that we do not have any new nation that we test)
• In the Air and at Sea - You have access to Navy Test and Air Forces test (right now not in use, due to fact that we do not have any new nation that we test)
• On Land and in the Air - You have access to Air Forces test and Ground Forces test (right now not in use, due to fact that we do not have any new nation that we test)
• Air, Land and Sea - You have access to Air Forces test, Ground Forces test and Navy test (right now not in use, due to fact that we do not have any new nation that we test)
• Chief of Naval Operations - You have access to Navy tests, World War Mode test and Ground Forces test (right now not in use, due to fact that we do not have any new nation that we test)

Badges:

No big philosophy here. If you bought special pack, you should have a badge (if you fulfill all condition explained in pack/article).

I just recently bought the Naval Pack Project 1124 MRLS on the Gaijin store and I did not get the tag on the forums nor can I see my ship in-game. Any help on either of these issues? I did download the ship modules as it requested when I entered the game. Thank you!

I don't have access to the CBT forum either. On the website whenever I bought the pack it said that a popup would show asking to download the files for the naval stuff. I never got this and whenever I re-login to my account I don't have the decals or title.

I've bought both the PT-109 and S-204 Lang naval packs, and I've tried logging into and out of the game and website numerous times, but I still am not getting a popup to download the naval files and try the battles.  (I did get the Navy Tester title, however, and access to the Naval CBT forums). 

 

What should I do now?

 

EDIT:  I think I posted this in the wrong place. However, my question still stands.

 

EDIT 2:  I think I may have found a solution, will test.

Sure!  You have to have a vehicle in the 1.0-4.3 BR range in one of the countries (U.S. or Germany this week) in your lineup and selected.  It can be a tank or a plane.

 

Then just click on the event tab and you should be able to play!

 

Hope that helps!  Took me a little while and some digging to find it.

You should get a naval tester badge; I had to log out and back into the forum to get mine, but it worked then, so I don't know what to tell you.

Hello, I was told to post here.

I currently am unable to see the world war CBT changelog for 4/21/18, I got access to the CBT the other day. I have tried to look at the forum post through the steam browser, Google Chrome, and incognito on google chrome. On each of these I have unlogged and relogged in a couple times. None of these attempts have allowed me to see the forum post saying "You do not have permission to view this content."
