ID: 0060302 24/8/17 Ki-102 .50cal belt

So today i took out my ki-102 in a testflight and here i noticed that the .50cal gunner belts "default" and "universal" have High explosive incendiary SHELLS in them (screenshot).

1. The round is way bigger than the other .50cals and looks like a 20mm

2. A .50cal isn't a shell, it's a round

3. Before 1.69 that used to be an IAI round i think

Hi.

I believe that 'shell' is correct.

Italy and Japan had HEI ammunition for the 12.7mm machine gun. A shell is a payload carrying projectile, which totally matches what we have in game.

IAI was repeatedly reported as incorrect as per Japanese and Italian nomenclature.

They do not have the same role either.

I recognize that the visual of the icon is weird and I will investigate this issue.

The ki 102 uses the Ho-104 .50cal but the the Ho-103, found on a lot of japanese fighters like the ki 61 also has this belt bug. I think it affects all japanese .50cals not just these particular ones

Thanks for pointing that out.

Although I noticed it already when submitting the bug.

The issue is affecting any icons for HEI and 12.7mm, which I made clear in the report to the Dev already.
