Mac Report Guidelines - IMPORTANT! - read BEFORE posting!

READ THIS BEFORE POSTING and note, a ny topic without required files or information will be deleted.

To ensure that we are able to help you as quickly as possible, please be reminded that we can only help you properly when the submitted files and information are complete.
Also, be aware that you should only describe one issue per thread. If you experience multiple issues, please open a new thread for each separately, even when the issues appear to be similar.

In addition, make sure to attach all required files directly to the forums unedited. Externally linked files and compressed files are not accepted.

Please make sure to summarize the problem in your topic title as short and precise as possible.

Also, add the current client version in brackets in front of your post, e.g: "[1.67.2.37]  <Issue>"

Please add the following files and information to your opening post:

1. Hardware configuration of your MAC (OS Version, CPU, GPU, RAM, MAC Model) NOTE: cover your ID, line just below Graphics .

2. A detailed description of the issue you have encountered. It is also important that you describe how we can reproduce the issue, if you are able to reproduce it.

3. If applicable, an attached screenshot showing the issue, as well the client replay file and the  server replay .

4. Attach the Client Log (extension *.clog) of the session in which the error occurred (sort by date). If the problem is persistent, attach the latest one available.

  • Can be found in: /My Games/WarThunder/_game_logs/

Whenever your War Thunder client or launcher exits with a crash to the MAC desktop or becomes unresponsive in any way (thus has to be exited forcefully):

1. Hardware configuration of your MAC (OS Version, CPU, GPU, RAM, MAC Model).

2. A detailed description of the issue you have encountered. It is also important that you describe how we can reproduce the issue, if you are able to reproduce it.

3. Attach the Client Log (extension *.clog) of the session in which the error occurred (sort by date). If the problem is persistent, attach the latest one available.

  • Can be found in: /My Games/WarThunder/_game_logs/

4. Attach the crash files (extension *.dmp or *.txt). Can be found in:

  • /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/
  • /Users/User Name/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/
  • /My Games/WarThunder/_game_logs/
  • /Users/User Name/WarThunderLauncherLogs/

5. Attach the launcher logs (extension *.log).

  • Can be found in: /Users/User_name/WarThunderLauncherLogs/

If the game crashes without any error reports:

6. Attach the .crash file:

  • Launch the Console app (you can find it via Launchpad for example);
  • Go to Crash Reports;
  • Find the file in the list;
  • Right click —> Reveal in Finder;
  • Find the .crash file you need and attach it to the report

FPS Issues:
If you are experiencing FPS drop (or freeze), your Client Log should contain profiler logs. Please note that your profiler must be enabled before you face your issue (freeze or fps drop).

  • To enable the profiler you need to press Fn+left Alt+F11 then press F11 to save information into the Client Log.
