New SPAAG: Sdkfz138/1 with 3cm MK 103/38?

I found some pics and mentions of a Pz. 38(t) derived chassis, probably the same as used for one of the Marder series, carrying a Mk 103 30mm autocannon. From the pictures it looks like the gun has a rather limited firing arc horizontally, being only able to shoot straight forward while only able to shoot upwards into all other directions since the protective armor panels around the crew compartment don's seem to be detachable like on the Flakpanzer 38(t). Or was it even only able to fire straight forward with a very limited arc to the left and right?

 

Does anyone have more info on this vehicle? Is it a field mod, prototype, or were there anyproduction models? Or is it even a fake? From googling there's few info on it apart of modelling kits. If it existed and was actually useable it might be a good addition to the game as Germany has a gap between the Ostwind at 4.7 and the Kugelblitz at 6.7 with no SPAA in between.

Its a field mod. 

 

If it was real of course. There is a problem with "photoshop" even in ww 2, but seeing that germans moded captured french vehicles to everything from snowplows to SPAs, its not that much of a stretch.

 

You can see dozens of such vehicles. Or at least photos. Im not sure there is a way to verify them.
