Do you need help because a user mission won't work or you want to edit an existing user mission, Change vehicles, Change vehicle teams, change your plane loadout, etc? Ask your Questions Here. PLEASE NOTE: CDK does not work on my computer so I can't help with that, so I edit the user mission manually using notepad. If you want me to edit a mission for you, upload the user mission to your comment my dragging or attatching files by clicking the choose file button and I will edit the necessary info for you and re-upload your user mission for you.

As you can see, all the files and folders are in the correct place according to the instructions, and that yes I am on a Mac. Am I to assume that, it's the Mac's fault and there is nothing I can do about it? Because I have custom skins which work just fine...

So I moved the gameData folder into the pkg_main folder, and the result was worse. Although the mission showed up in the menu as it always does, it couldn't even get passed the loading screen this time. That guy who claimed it, Vitasalato, wasn't super clear, and it's funny how he just disappeared from the thread after claiming that. 

 

I guess there is just no hope for us Mac users...

How to put a smoke effect in the mission?
The "effect" button in the editor CDK does not work (?).

Section effects in my_mission.blk is empty ...

Do you have a list of effects and their properties and parameters?


Is there any document describing scoring spawnpoints/customSpawnPoints??
Can I modify in my custommade MP mission gaining SpawnPoits?

Hi, I can´t make work a simple ground attack in my mission (biplanes, planes and light tanks pre-1940)

I can see the AI plane pitch-down to attack the indicated target (light truck); but it recover the pitch too early. I think it can´t be close enought to fire the 7.7 machine guns.

(after testing and testing for hours, I could see in two opportunities that some planes finally fired up; I think the formation of several planes made some of them to be more close to truck, trying avoiding a collision with another plane).

I'm searching how to manage two paramenters in unit object or attack action:

 

1. How to set (decrease) the minimum height during an attack maneuver before make a pitch-up.

2. How to set (increase) the mínimum distance to AI trigger the machine guns (7.7). [Differents weapons have seted minimun AI trigger distances???]

 

I´m searching for coleagues ideas, cdk secrets or some advanced document about mission blks....

Hi  please help I need to put a tank spawn in the middle of Sinai for tanks so that all of the Sinai can be played by tanks. Please help me. I need a  (Multi user mission) where there is a spawn for planes in respective airports and two tank spawns in the middle of the large desert. Can someone explain to me how the airplane file of  Sinai would be taken and spawns would be put in place. Or would anyone be kind enough to create such thing for me as I imagine i n the hands of a professional this would would not require long. Thank you so much in advance.

Hi, I have a problem:

I make and save a test mission, and sometimes the mission works correctly, but sometimes, my mission simply doesn't appear among User Missions in WT, even if I did everything the same way I did with other (working) missions.

Can you upload the .blk File of your user mission and i will look through it for errors. Sorry I havent been on here because i have been busy. Now i can answer your guys questions.

I need 2 things done. 1 tell me if it says cannot read blk file when you click user missions. It should say that In the top left of your screen. 2 please email that user mission to my gmail at [email protected] I am using a browser that does not allow downloads to be done.

I found one problem, look at this line If you have a player playable unit you cannot have multiple player units. remove the stuff in blue in the cdk."formation part" and then erase the player count of 8 and replace it with 1. Try that and get back to me to see if it works.

I have created a 16 vs 16 tank map where you can capture 5 points.

The spawns and cap zones work, but the bar in the middle, that indicates which team will win doesnt work. 

I dont know how i can fix this :(

Has someone experience with that ?

Hello @VinLP

Warthunder Custom maps have many known issues/flaws. This is an example of one. In reality capture points ARE depleting, but you cant visually see it. The game will still end normally and this is a problem that you can DISREGARD. It will not hurt your custom map in anyway.

Can someone help me with User Missions please ? ; I tried to add a tank user mission in which you know you can train yourself by firing at all Tier V of all nations tanks, but it doesn't work ; I copied this link ; http://live.warthunder.com/post/29194... I found when I was seeking for the user mission and followed the procedure I found on this war thunder page ; https://warthunder.com/en/news/4345-multiplayer-mission-feature-in-war-thunder-en/, and it still doesn't work, which is the reason I'm here.

Hello @IronMaiden_666 I'm afraid thst this mission was was not created with multiplayer features. Multiplayer missions have spawn points and other stuff coded in them. If you want a multiplayer mission please go to live.wt and download a mission with the letters MP written in the corner of mission image. If you want help with other stuff like ammo, tanks, and vehicles... feel free to respond back.
