Large ship naval battles - Some clarification

Several times now I have been in naval battles and on the third respawn I can't in any ship or plane. I don't know what's going on but this is clearly a bug.

The only nation that currently lacks any major battle ship is the USSR. While the ones they did propose had ridiculous armaments on it that would make battleships obsolete the minute it was introduced into the game. To solve this issue, I would suggest doing what you did with a German Tech tree. Introducing a prototype vehicle that is very carefully considered and introduced properly in order to make the game balanced. But France, Italy, Germany (who actually had several main battleships), and of course the US, Great Britain, and Japan were the most dominant forces when it came to the production of battleships.  While the USSR didn't bother to produce many if any battleships in the 1940s, they did have some dreadnoughts that were left over from World War I. While these are not of course on par with ships like the Iowa, or the Yamato, they are plenty sufficient for earlier battleships when facing against something like the Kongo or Carolina class battleships.  I would happily deal with a paper battleship for the USSR, as long as it wasn't made overtly overpowered for the sake of being overtly overpower, as we tend to see with certain IS series tanks in the game.

Interesting reply - although it's amusing to read this comment in the context of 2022 where the Paris Commune is the most overtly overpowered battleship in game! I do believe that Gaijin would give the Russians the Archangelsk before the gave the British a QE class.

As for the Shell camera mechanics...
Great. Introduced good mechanics. And it even worked almost correctly until they screwed everything up in a minor update.
Instead of introducing a custom key on the keyboard to activate the view camera, they made it possible to follow the projectile only if you held the button from the very beginning. If you let it go and you need to maneuver, then you can’t go back to the security camera and see where the shells will hit.
That is, think about it .... How stupid a decision needs to be made so that instead of solving all problems by adding just a key for a function, they narrow the options for using mechanics so much that no one uses it because it is not convenient and not profitable. You can’t watch a projectile fly for 20 seconds because you need to look at the battlefield, the volleys flying at you, maneuver from them and from torpedoes, change course, and so on.
Who makes these decisions and who coordinates them ...
No comment. It turns out as if the mechanics were not introduced. Since it cannot be used properly. Why was it introduced then?
Why is it so difficult to do as implemented by the neighbors if you yourself cannot think of a better one?
