Sorry mate, but it is what you want to see - not what we have now. Current WT engine does not show distance, direction and speed on minimap.

You have distance to the spotted targets (and target mark at AB), but no possibilities to calculate the course and speed now.

Spotted boat moves along a course on the minimap so I know where you are going and I can also estimate the speed.

Sure - but you have 2km x 2km minimap instead 40x40km (max radar range).

You can wait and watch movement on minimap to estimate. Because shopping for that range is useless.
