I have transferred money but didn’t get my purchase, what can I do?

 

First of all, re-login to game. If you still can't see your purchase, please contact Customer support.

 

Can I purchase the same vehicle pack twice?

 

No, it's not allowed. Multiple purchases are allowed only for Golden Eagles and Premium Account.

 

What happens if I purchase the pack which contains a vehicle I already own?

 

You will still get Golden Eagles and/or Premium Account from this pack. There is no compensation for the vehicles you already own.

 

When I purchase several packs, do the Golden Eagles and Premium Account stack?

 

Yes, they do

 

When does a Premium Account start to expire?

 

If you purchase the pack in the store which contains Premium Account, it will start to expire upon your first login to the game, not immediately after purchase. But if you were in the game during purchase, your premium time will be updated automatically. If this didn’t happen, re-login.

 

What is the refund policy of the Gaijin.net store?

 

When making purchases, you agree to our Terms of Use which states that payments for acquiring a license to use virtual items are non-refundable. The only exception are technical issues - for example, if your credit card was charged twice for the same transaction. If that happens, please contact Customer support.

 

How do the "bundles" work?

 

A bundle is a collection of several packs with a discount. The final price depends on whether you already have one or more of the packs. If you do, then their value is deducted from the bundle price (they are shown as strikethrough in the list) where discount is applied to whatever sum remains. Upon purchase you will get the vehicles, a sum of Golden Eagles and Premium Account from those packs that weren’t deducted from the bundle price. Note - owning only the vehicle or vehicles from one of the packs is not counted towards price deduction. You have to own the whole pack (with Golden Eagles and/or Premium Account) which is included in the bundle. You can check this in your purchase history.

 

Why are prices in euro and dollars identical while the values of these currencies are not the same?

 

Actually, prices differ, since EU prices include VAT: "Value added tax (VAT) is a general tax on consumption applied to commercial activities involving the production and distribution of goods and the provision of services. This VAT Directive codifies the provisions governing the introduction of the common system of VAT in the European Union (EU)".

 

How can I use promo-code (bonus key)?

 

Some content can be obtained by entering a special sequence of characters at this page. For example, you can get a promotional code at a game show or from hardware bundles from our partners. Attention! Before activating the key, please make sure that you have logged in under the account for which you want to get this content.

 

How can I make purchases through Steam Wallet?

 

If you have War Thunder installed in Steam, launch the game and click on the Golden Eagles menu whilst in the hangar and you will be able to purchase them in the Steam browser. You can also click “order” on store-only premium vehicles in the research trees and purchase packs via the Steam Wallet.

 

Can I buy items here if I’m a PlayStation 4 user?

 

This store is only for Windows, Mac and Linux users. PlayStation 4 players have to make purchases from the PlayStation Store.

As we all know The Gaijin store offers multiple payment options, Also it says that different payment opptions might affect the price. How is the different price for a different payment option calculated?

It depends on the fees of particular payment system. Some of them, especially mobile carriers, can charge up to 50% on top of actual price.

Hello, I have noticed that some packs get removed from the store, is it possible to buy those packs, or will they ever be brought back, I know some became PS4 exclusives and others are just for a certain time period, specifically wondering about the P-51D-10 "Daddy's Girl".

Keep an eye for news, we're doing some special bundles from time to time which include hidden packs.

I'm sure this is a great way to obtain information on this particular topic. But is there any chance or possibility of integrating steam purchase option on the website. so you do not have to download the game on a computer that can run it (not always available). and utilize steam account money for purchases? best regards not looking for a quick response thanks.

If you want to use Steam wallet you need Steam version of the game.

Hey, I didn't really know if this is the right place to ask this, but I recently purchased the Panzer Pack from Steam, (which was fantastic by the way), and upon opening my game, a message popped up from War Thunder asking if I wanted to activate my Steam purchases. Of course, I selected yes, and got my tanks (which are great). The only problem is that now, every time that I enter the game it asks me if I want to activate my Steam purchases, which is kind of annoying. Is there any way to prevent this? Thanks!

Open War Thunder in Steam library and untick all DLC in list.

So before the untroduction if gaijin coins, I used to be able to use the extra money from a gift card after purchasing a pack on day GE it premium time. But after it’s introduction I did the same and it said that $10.57 had been credited to my account for future use. Yet when I check my gaijin coin balance it says $0.93 as it did before I used the gift card. So my question is where did the $10.57 go and how do I use it?

You're confusing Xsolla balance with GJN balance. They have nothing to do with each other. You have to contact Xsolla about using your account.

Hello, I saw the TB3M-17-32 in Warbond. When I click on "preview", below, there is "buy" who sends me on the store of vehicules War Thunder. So, is it possible to buy it in the store?  Because I want it.

No, it’s not possible and you found some bug maybe. It’s not clear about what store exactly you’re talking.

I see two 25% and one 31% discount for the 5000, 10000 and 25000 GE purchase in the Gaijin Store. Are these discounts temporary? If so when will they expire?

Those are “bulk savings”, they are in the game since launch in 2012. Right now they’re available only in Gaijin store and not in Steam.

 I have won sevral Chests! But I can only get $0.08 for them? Thats if there sold at all!! Whitch I have sevral that are not! But I can not win keys? Or price of keys will not come down like the chests? Or my cupons for things are worth less then half what your selling them for? This is not a market place! I now you must make cash and making some from me is ok but this is getting crazy.

The price for all chest keys is fixed at 2.49 GJN

What you get when you use the key is random, it may be one of the skins listed for particular chest, or some rare vehicle. It's up to you if you want to spend on keys.

The chests are useless without purchasing the key, so there is no demand for them.
