Result of the match is considered valid if the match was played by the rules and both team captains confirm it. Chief Arbiter can assign an arbiter for the match. All disputes are handled by the Chief Arbiter in the presence of both team captains.

2.8  Four players from each team, arbiters and streamers are allowed to enter the match lobby. Arbiters and streamers need to be in the “Referee” mode during the battles. Spectators can be allowed to enter the lobby by the decision of the arbiter of the match or if both teams agree. All the spectators cannot use the Referee mode and have to use the Spectator mode in game. Team players who do not participate in current battle need to select the correct side (of their team) and are not allowed to use the “Referee” mode. They can use the “Spectator” mode when the battle starts. In case of disconnecting or technical problems (high ping, packet loss) for one of the players, the battle continues. If both teams agree, the battle can be stopped and restarted.

I know its not entirely your fault Zerbah but how can they expect anybody to take their competetive play seriously when they aren't giving more than a days notice?

I mean, you apologized so you clearly get it. What's wrong with the people working above you?

Announcing the tournaments only a day before they start is wrong, I agree. But, there is a lot of things going on right now in the eSports department that influence these decisions. Even I do not have all the info.

For instance, I know that a special tournament event was planned for last weekend and this weekend also, but we couldn't start it because of some problems that we cannot overcome by ourselves and this really destroys our plans.

In the end it was decided to do blitz-tournaments which I believe is better than doing nothing...
