StarsWalker 658 Report post Posted July 10, 2014 The need to create guidelines (or in other words, orientations) is due to the need to make the squadrons leaders more aware of some procedures in order to be better prepared on how to deal with any problems that may arise. That is why your contribution on this is important, so giving your ideas, saying what you find wrong or right will definately lead to a more complete and credible list, which by itself will lead to a better harmony between the players, the squadrons, on the game and on the forum. Promote respect between your own members and other squadrons/players/Gaijin Staff in the Game/War Thunder Forum/Gaijin TeamSpeak Server; Advise the members to not feed discussions and/or any conflicts (among the squadrons or with other players - Keep it private); Recommend members to use the report (complain) tool in the game to make complaints; Be an example for others (members or any other players) with qualities like understanding, friendship and support; Give motivation and promote a good understanding between other members of your Squadron; Promote equal treatment between the members; Inform the game masters and/or the moderating team (In Game, Official Forum, Official Gaijin TeamSpeak) about any issues/doubts/ideas/support; Be polite and avoid any kind of profanity to the members of the squadron and other players (in game chat, forum, ts); Advise the squadron members to follow the game and forum rules; Do not name and shame any member/s or any other player/s in game or in the forum; Give the support needed to the squadron members when they require it; Do not advertise/promote any psychotropic substances or alcoholic drinks in the War Thunder public areas; Do not advertise/promote any type of hacking or any kind of scams in the War Thunder public areas; Lead by example. 1

suohaukka 30 Report post Posted February 18, 2021 Good list. I have a question. When I reject applicant for squadron membership, providing a reason (e.g. under what condition he would have been accepted). Will the applicant see the reason, or does it just stay a note in the squadron log.
