[Work in Progress] Heinkel He 277

After finding out that I could make an aircraft for WT, I got to work almost instantly on making the Heinkel He 277 four engined German Heavy (I think :L ) bomber. Here's what I've got so far...

^ That's what I'm making, not with the Fritz X Guided anti-shipping missiles of course xD

 

Just saying, for the more recent stuff, look on the last page, yes I know I was a bit inactive and it would have looked like the thread died down, but I'm back and getting back to work! :D

this looks great, although I suspect it will take you atleast a month to complete it and adding a cockpit to it will be even harder

Thanks and it won't take a month to complete, well not the 3D model, and adding a cockpit won't be too hard either.

still faster than gaijin ;) i appreciate the effort. hope you give it all you can and it will be good enough to maybe even implement in game

 

but well, gaijin makes a he177 now, not that much different i guess.

Thanks :D . I never knew that they were making the He177... but still, I like the 277, longer range and WAY more bombs, or bigger ones :D

Redone the rear gun turret and added some other stuff to the top of the fuselage.

Yep... and that's without a cockpit and stuff... and there's more polishing up to do which will increase the number :L

I'm using Blender 2.68a. I still haven't got round to playing around with CDK yet... :L

you can use whatever 3d app you want, you just cant export the model to WT format.

I can convert a .blend into a file format that is compatible with 3DSMax file through Blender. And where is this manual you talk of? I've never seen it... :L
