  4. Thanks, Can I please draw your attention to the guidelines for making a Bug Report on the Windows Forum HERE - Please ensure your reports comply with these guidelines. To better help us resolve the issue, please also include the following: 1. Please attach appropriate server replay link and/or video file(s). 3. Is this happening in all game modes? (Arcade, Realistic, Simulator or all three) And the version of the game the issue occurred in. 4. Attach your system's current DxDiag Log. SEE LINK to obtain log => HERE I have been unable to find any other issues of this nature. I will continue to monitor this situation. As it is only "about 40% of the time" this would tend to indicate an issue with your connection to the game servers and the loss of control being due to data communications issue. A bug by definition is: "An error in the logic or algorithm of the code". Code cannot 'choose' when to execute, therefore each time the errant piece of code is parsed it should generate the same result. The fact this occur of so many models for you tends to also indicate a data communications issue. So many of the models cannot just 'decide to operate differently'. Each Flight Model is separate. The chances of all these FM's suddenly trying to operate differently is very, very remote. I have been flying during the week in game and have not noticed this issue personally. Do you play on a wi-fi connection or in a large building with lots of people sharing the same network bandwidth? If no further information is received within 48 hours, we will close this task and you will need to submit a new report. Kind Regards, KotA

  9. Hi, Thanks for the report. I will read, investigate and get back to you shortly, Cheers, KotA
  10. The functionality is available to both sides. The ability to "spot" for a team mate etc is common. To counter the tactic get your team to attack their thrust. Whilst I understand this maybe frustrating to be on the receiving end of. It is part of the general 'cut and thrust' of battle. Wars haven't been 'gentlemanly' for centuries!

You would need to make a bug report so we can see if it is a client configuration issue. You may not have the gun mapped to a key etc. Or an issue with the particular model. Please make a report here https://forum.warthunder.com/index.php?/forum/590-flight-and-damage-model-issues/ Please ensure you include all the information requested in the guidelines. Thanks
  12. Changes to the game occur all the time. The Changelog's report those changes. However, changes will always be made to the game that are not detailed or discussed first with the player base. The owners of the game are able to change whatever they want. Whilst they may consult or ask their customers about various things, like any business, they do not discuss everything. No business could function in this manner. Minor decisions would take months to have an outcome. http://warthunder.com/en/game/changelog/ For instance here is the latest. http://warthunder.com/en/game/changelog/current/678/ At the bottom of all Changelogs it also clearly states: There will be price changes from time to time just as with any business. Gaijin does not control monetary inflation. Cheers
  13. The aiming reticle is an approximation only. You also need to often compensate for your ping (more particularly the standard of your connection to the game servers), closing rates, altitude, angle of approach etc. For instance, those of us in the southern hemisphere find we need to aim just slightly ahead of the aiming reticle in Air mode. Bullet drop is up to the pilot to calculate, just as it is in reality. One of the reason players often have a belt loaded that contains a tracer round, so they can visualize it. Also it would give a distinct advantage to those players who play using the 3rd person viewpoint over the actual cockpit gun sight (which obviously, also isn't compensated). G-Force and its affects on pilots and vehicles is also modeled. These forces are mitigated in the AB Air mode for playing reasons. Whilst realistic (as much as possible) in the other modes, RB and SB. Environmental conditions are modeled. Rounds will lose penetrating power over distance. Cheers
  14. Thanks, I will submit the information on the T43
  15. Has this occurred just the once, or have you attempted/been able to replicate it?
  16. Hi, Whilst I understand what you are talking about. We require actual references to support the reports. Currently you have none at all. In light of a related report on the Ki-67 we are going to seek clarification as to which versions of these bombers are actually in game. After this is determined we will be able to determine the correct guns and gunners positions etc for the versions concerned. The Technical Moderation team is investigating this issue. Cheers
  17. They are actually separate target vehicles, and when I said "ammo" above I was also including angles, range etc all the separate variables between the two events. Two widely spread seemingly similar situations, but with widely different variables. This is hardly a 'structured test'. We will test it and see what the results are.
  18. Insufficient information to continue report at this time. Not all files required were supplied. Please ensure that your reports comply with the guidelines, just above the Start new topic button. If you like you can replicate the issue in another match and then supply the clog and replay as well. Please supply all information requested otherwise this report cannot proceed. Cheers
  19. Where does it state that the document presented is comprehensive. You are assuming that only. There is no evidence on the document to support this assertion. In fact is says quote: When you delve into the actual report, it seems more concerned with money than quantities of logistics, although it does list a lot. Absence in the report however, therefore doesn't preclude that they weren't in the 'selected items'. Whilst the report is authoritative, it makes no claims to be conclusive. In fact indicates that it "believe's that it will be the last report", I was simply seeking clarification from SubRyan how he came to the conclusion that he did.
  20. Hi, Have you changed anything with your system recently? Are you using a new mouse/moved locations anything of that nature? Cheers
  21. Hi, Thanks for the report. I will investigate, test and get back to you shortly, Has this only happened the once? Or have you replicated this? Cheers, KotA

  26. Thanks for the report. We will look into this shortly. Thanks.
  27. Um could possibly be correct. If your friend was the Squad Leader and you quit still being a member of that squad and then try to start a game, Because you are in the squad and that game is still going it would return you to the original game. Just as it would if you had been disconnected. You would need to opt out of the squad, or disband it. If I understand you correctly. Cheers
  28. Hi, Can you please supply your dxdiag.txt file for review.. SEE LINK to obtain log => HERE
  29. This issue is already being/has been discussed on an active thread on this Forum at this time. ^^^^ This issue is already reported. Thanks
  30. Thanks, I will investigate and get back to you soon. Cheers
  31. Ok thanks, Please try this then. As it only occurring for you (And your friends and myself cannot replicate it) it would appear to be local to your machine/account. 1. Exit the game. 2. Using File Explorer/This PC - Locate the profile.config.blk and delete it. (This should be in the User folder (usually on C:)path 'should be' C:\Users\(yourcomputerloginnamehere)\Documents\My Games\War Thunder\Saves) if this is not the case you will need to adjust the path or search it. 3. Locate the War Thunder directory on your system. 4. Locate the 'cache' sub directory in the War Thunder directory and delete the entire cache sub directory. 5. Restart War Thunder via the game Launcher and allow game to update and analyze Files. 6. Enter Game and re-check for issue. 7. Let me know how it goes.
  32. The acceptable references are clearly described in the Guidelines. 3. A detailed description of the fix you suggest. Provide sources including references that underline your position. *Please be reminded that Wikipedia or other private Websites are generally not considered as reliable sources. The required number of sources requires depends on the type of source presented: User Manual / Repair Manual / Factory Manual etc (Flight/Pilot/Maintenance Manuals Engineering Drawings etc) - Historically acknowledged reference sources - single source is required. Reference works (collections of vehicles) Biographies, Books, "expert" opinion publications, websites etc - at least two unrelated sources required. * Please ensure the references have: Report/Document Type, Report/Document Name, Author, Date, ISBN/ISSN, relevant Pg No's etc - so our Historical consultant can review and check the accuracy of those documents against the substantial Gaijin Historical Database and Reference Sources. Please provide scans of all pages referenced and a scan of the front cover of publication/book. For Web sources. please provide the link to the actual relevant section or document. If this is not possible and only higher links can be referenced then please provide page or title information to locate the relevant reference. Photographs need to be fully referenced. We have always accepted information from Web Sites (with the above clarifications). However, Primary references are always preferred. Private Web Sites can contain inaccurate, outdated and misleading information etc. It does depend on the Site.

  34. You probably need to fly it and makes a score in game to unlock it. There were changes to the belt in last patch. The Gladiator Mk II had an Engine Injection mod added as well Screenshot still works in game. If it not working for you then you have an issue. Print Screen or F12 are the defaults. Have you remapped keys?
  35. Hi Conraire, Thanks for the report. I will wait for you to finish. I will then read, investigate and get back to you shortly, Cheers, KotA

  39. Anyone with this issue please carry out the following. 1. Clear your browser's cache, cookies and history etc. 2. Restart your PC. 3. Try to login to Live again.
  40. Ok thanks, Quasimiodo91, just PM'd me and advised me of this. I am having no issues with the site. I can even download skins. I will check into it further. Have we actually tried all the different browsers?
  41. Hi, Also I have been looking further into this issue. There is a load out option already on the bomber for 3 x 250 Kg approximating its maximum load.. Conversion Result: 750 Kilogram/s = 1653.46697 Pound/s I presume that they mean 1,600 lbs? The book information seems to have combined what all the other references indicate is the torpedo load out (1,070 Kg - 2,358lbs) I also found this on the Net. So to me the commonly accepted consensus for load out is 1,764 lbs. You would need to find other acceptable references (Primary reference preferably) to progress this further. The consensus of your acceptable references indicates that the aircraft already has its correct load out in game.
  42. Re-opened after discussion with OP. Please provide the necessary references on the T43 round. Cheers
  43. Thanks. I will investigate, test and get back to you soon. Cheers
  44. If the tank is different, the ammo is different etc then it bares no relationship to this issue at all. It clearly indicates in that report that the Technical Moderator attempted to replicate the issue and could not. Data Latency is not unknown in MMO's, or unique to War Thunder. Tech Mods discuss it with players all the time and it has even been the subject of DevBlogs by Anton and Kirill Yudintsev. A 'bug' is by definition: an error in the code or algorithm of the code. Therefore each time the errant piece of code is parsed it should generate the same result. If an issue cannot be reliably replicated then the most likely cause is a data comms issue. Whilst this thread by another Tech Mod and myself is specifically about FPS and high ping rates, both of there as data connection issues the suggestions in the thread are equally valid to this issue. Cheers
  45. I understand this, but to some extent this report has 'drifted' away from its original intent. We are now debating a round that I have indicated is already reported. The report is on the penetration status of the T33. I questioned the T43 round. Was the T43 round ever issued to the front? Or did it only remain a "testing regime" round? Was it subsequently given another M designation and then released to the front? Or was it released to the front as a version of the M318? (This round has also been previously reported). Are you happy for me to report fryingtiger's point. Cheers,

However, I suspect that as the first round hit and damaged it and the second didn't this is most likely a data comms issue. Please supply the additional information requested and we will investigate further from there. If no further information is received within 48 hours, we will close this task and you will need to submit a new report. Kind Regards, KotA
  48. Hi SubRyan, Thanks for the report. I will read, investigate and get back to you shortly, However, my initial thought was after reading this was; How are you sure the Russians didn't manufacture these rounds, or alternatives themselves if required? Not everything in the Soviet war effort was supplied by the USA. Whilst I can see the M1/M2 Ball rounds mentioned in this report. I see no evidence in the above document for the M20 or M23 rounds at all. Am I missing something? What is therefore the basis to remove them. Cheers, KotA
  49. Please try this: 1. Exit the game. 2. Using File Explorer/This PC - navigate to the War Thunder directory on your computer system. 3. Locate the 'cache' sub directory in the War Thunder directory and delete it. 4. Restart War Thunder via the game Launcher and allow game to update and analyze Files. 5. Enter Game and re-check for issue.

  70. Hi, Thanks for the report. This issue is already known and is with the Developers for resolution. ID: 0055258 Thank you for your interest. Cheers
  71. This has been explained to you already with the IS-6. This issue is NOT a bug. DO NOT continue to challenge moderation. Task Closed.
  72. Not a bug. The armour view is an information tool only. (as I told you via PM) The issue here the model and then the overlay that is the armour view screens - these merely show what the armour value is on the vehicle at that point. It isn't 'transparent steel' You are taking the modelling too literally as I have previously explained. Task Closed.
  73. Hello! Thank you for your help improving the game. Your information has been forwarded to the developers and the tracking number is: ID: 0055487 This thread will remain unlocked for one week (7 days) so that anyone with additional information\evidence\examples will have a place to post. After this time the report will remain active but will be archived. It will also serve as a place where the developers will post questions for you to answer so please keep up to date here.
  74. Thanks all, I will discuss this with the HC and get back to you.
  75. Hi, Thanks for the report. I will read, investigate and get back to you shortly, Cheers, KotA

  78. Hi Thanks for your report. Can I draw your attention to the guidelines for making a Historical Issues Report HERE - Please ensure your reports comply with these guidelines. Can I draw your particular attention to point 3 of the above link please; 3. 79. Hi, Thanks for the report. I will investigate, test and get back to you shortly, I will need to investigate this first to be certain, but this appears from your description to be a known issue. Cheers, KotA
  80. Thanks for your report. Can I please draw your attention to the guidelines for making a Bug Report on the Windows Forum HERE - Please ensure your reports comply with these guidelines. To better help us resolve the issue, please also include the following: 1. A detailed description of the issue you have. It is also important that you describe how we can reproduce the issue and if you are able to reproduce it. Did this occur just the once? 2. Please attach appropriate server replay link as well as any screenshots if they show the issue. 3.The version of the game the issue occurred in. 4. Attach your system's current DxDiag Log. 81. This has been tried and rejected previously by the Developers. Queue times become too long. Partly it is also a misconception about the game by some players. The 'historical battles' are represented in game via the Events. The game models vehicles as close to the reality as is possible. This makes the game a battle between these vehicles to provide an insight into how these vehicles perform against each other in a battle situation. This is what the Custom Battles section of the game is used for. We have players already that do this. They are called Technical Moderators and the Alpha team. These individuals are under Non Disclosure Agreements to protect the Intellectual Property of Gaijin Entertainment. In the past many leaks and data mining has occurred when this process is relaxed. There are already awards that exist for this. There is a splash screen that presents on start up periodically that indicates the rewards etc should those players reach certain levels those that introduced them get GE. The system is the way it is because in order to investigate issue we need a certain amount of information, there is no central file that can be used that shows all. Assessments of issues are the result of multiple files and information. It is like a jigsaw puzzle. Also, often what is reported is not a bug at all. It is already at the minimum amount of information from the players that is required. I am quite happy to discuss this further with you if you wish. I really struggle to understand your point here. Complaints about what exactly? We already have a large team of players who provide their time and efforts to help manage various aspects of the game and community. They are called Forum Moderators, Games Masters, Technical Moderators and Community Helpers. What 'complaints' do you wish to 'remove'? Complaints are made by players about the game and all its aspects, all the time. The volunteer staff under the direction of actual paid Gaijin Entertainment employee's already does this. Also, can you please define 'local' in a global game? Many of the rules etc regarding language etc stem from the reality that War Thunder is available to players from the age of 12. A substantial section of our player base are not adults. There are International and National Laws that dictate the allowable language, visual and audio imagery and sounds etc that can be shown to minors. Gaijin has to comply with these laws. (For instance, it is not allowed to show Nazi symbols, use the name of War Criminals etc. This is actually an EU law. As you live in Denmark, I am surprised that you are not aware of it. The "Live Site" is housed outside of the EU in order to allow players who wish to create historically accurate skins (which may contain banned Nazi symbols) can do so. There are clearly laid out Terms and Conditions to play the game. These are the Terms of Use, End User Licence Agreement and the Site Rules. All players must abide by these conditions. It is non negotiable. Please read these here > http://warthunder.com/en/support/termsofuse/ http://warthunder.com/en/support/eula/ http://warthunder.com/en/community/commentRules/ You agree to abide by these rules when you install the game. Gaijin is not responsible for the behaviour of individuals. That is their personal responsibility as an individual. Or perhaps you need to be better informed on the the current situation It is clear from my responses above your understanding of the situation is not complete. We already 'work smart'. The game boosters etc already do this. There is already an in game communication system for teams. I use it all the time when I play with the PS4 players who don't usually use Discord or TeamSpeak as these are computer applications. If teams wish to use another communication system like Discord or TS, this is up to them. Gaijin does not 'tell' teams how they should work or interact. This is a matter for them. These are outside of the current game paradigm and gameplay. It maybe considered at some future point after the World War mode is further developed. This is already possible using third party graphics tools. Gaijin also has a Revenue Sharing program where content like this can be sold and the player that created it receives some of the money earned as a reward. There are several aircraft and skins/cammo's in use that fall into this category. This is not currently technically possible. We already have a Squadron Battles competition etc. Many squadrons already 'wage war' on each other in random games too. Custom Battles and the recently introduced PvE mode does exactly this. It already exists. It is called Server Replays. How teams or players use tactics or strategy on the battlefield is up to them. Squadrons can practice as much as they want in either Random battles or in the Custom battle area. I hope this explains the situation to you well enough. Should you wish further information, then please feel free to PM me. Cheers
  82. Hi. I have had a very long discussion with the Historical Consultant on this. He informs me that the T designation is really for Testing rounds and that the M designation is for the actual 'production variant'. Whilst the T variant stock is used from time to time in combat situations, it is really a test designation. Therefore he suggests the following approach. Make a Suggestion to separate the various rounds into their 'time-zone'. IE: Only allow the T33 designation round on the earlier WW2 era vehicles with the M3 gun (M36, M42 etc) and have the 'correct' M designation (M318) round on the post WW2 vehicles. He also informs me that you are slightly mistaken to call these rounds "sharp nosed' rounds as the T33 series is really an M77 AP shot with a ballistic windshield over the nose. Both the M77, T33 and the T44 series of HVAP were all blunt nosed rounds with the metal windshield on them. He indicates to me that he thinks the Suggestion would be the best approach in this instance. You may find this reference useful too. http://bulletpicker.com/pdf/TM 9-1300-203, Artillery Ammunition.pdf#page=116 Cheers.
  83. Until the Chieftain... it is the "big boxy looking one" with awful reverse
  84. The reality is, there is more than one of these markers. It is really not like the Russian or US star that was used for decades even after WW2 etc. The Balkenkreuz was altered after the war and often not displayed on later German vehicles in the war (or obscured by add on armour, equipment, cammo's etc). As this player shows, there were at least two and there are now vehicles that are post WW2 so potentially even more.
  85. I would be really surprised to find the Gaijin spent the time researching and creating the decal or cammo for it to be a once off event. I would imagine that at some point in the future they will be re-used again. Just as there are Events and competitions to win Premium/Special vehicles that have been offered in the past.
  86. Hi, There has already been some movement in the direction that you seek. See the 1.67 Changelog. http://warthunder.com/en/game/changelog/current/677/ The ability to purchase winter camouflage for GE has been removed from following vehicles: Leopard A1A1, Pz.III B, RakJPz 2, RakJPz 2 HOT, 8,8 cm Flak 37 Sfl., LVT(A)(4) ZIS-2, M163, T20, M551, T29, M56, ASU-57, ASU-85, IT-1, КВ-122, Object 906, ZIS-43, Type-62, Т-62, ZSU-23-4. From now on, these camouflages can only be obtained by unlocking them. However, the Germans, Russians and US were the first nations in the game. Since that time, increasingly Gaijin Entertainment has sought to fund the business through low impact 'micro-payments'. They are hardly alone in this process within the gaming World. It is now incredibly common. Previous methods of funding Gaming companies failed to provide the necessary cash flow for many to survive, which is how the current model developed. As the British and Japanese were introduced later there certainly are more decals, cammo's and decorators that are only available via purchase. I am sure that you would have noticed that Gaijin has always had a policy that any decal or cammo released starts from the day it was released. Thus, if a given model had say a winter cammo for 30 kills which you unlocked and then a desert cammo is released the count for the desert one starts from the release date. The 30 previous kills are not included. The starting of British and Japanese tanks is the same. Any additional nations will also be the same I would imagine. The brutal financial reality is that somehow, Gaijin needs to pay for all the Servers, the Engineers, the Artists, the Admin staff and offices etc. It is not a Welfare organisation. If you want the game to continue (and I think all of us who love the game wish that) then something must pay for it. It is really that simple. The cost is quite minor in reality (about $1.25US per 200GE) and after all; if cost is an issue for you, you can always not purchase and still play for free, It is very easy for people to say "I want something for nothing" (motivated self interest is a powerful human driver) but somewhere, somehow, someone else pays for that approach! The selfish will say 'so what, I don't care as long as it's free for me' but this is not a long term viable business solution and Gaijin is a business, like it or not. I hope this explains it to you. Cheers

  90. Thanks, Can you please update your very old graphics driver and re-test please. Driver Date/Size: 3/31/2011 04:30:00, 708608 bytes Cheers
  91. Buy it and it will unlock both the HE and HEAT round. Cheers
  92. Still in work. I will ask our Historians if they have this information.
  93. What is the Modification status of that vehicle please?
  94. Thanks, I will check that it isn't clipping into the nose cone area.
  95. Thanks, Cheers
  96. Today AVG reported idp.alexa.51 virus when I launched the game.

the launcher updated itself as usual, then, when it restarted, AVG did its detection and quarantined the launcher.

    My computer is running  W8.1

    1. LandKreuzer_89

      LandKreuzer_89

Same thing happened to me today. I am running W7.

  97. Wait until you play the tanks in PVE, they come at you from every direction...
  98. I would suspect low Crew Keen Vision skills. All those Crew skills actually do things in the game
  99. The 2x/3x means you need to kill less vehicles in these modes than in AB.. This is because the frequency of AB games in higher and quicker to play. Boosters etc are separate from the kill requirements.
  100. No, actually the Gaijin Agent will take care of it if you are logged into the Internet. The gjagent will detect the update and automatically commence the download process. This is exactly what it was designed for.
  101. Yes, as with all the decals, it commences when the decal is released. This is nothing new.
  102. This information is the Intellectual Property of Gaijin Entertainment. I would think they would be most unlikely to make it public.
  103. Not in the near future..
  104. Yes it was done.
  105. Can you try this with the new 1.67 update please.
  106. Thanks for your report. Can I please draw your attention to the guidelines for making a Bug Report on the Windows Forum HERE - Please ensure your reports comply with these guidelines. 107. Unable to replicate issue. As you can plainly see; I was able to destroy a Jagdtiger, IS-3 and T-54 all with the HOT missiles. I had absolutely no issues registering hits. I think you would agree that all of these tanks have substantially better armour than the Type 62. No further examples provided. Report closed.
  108. Please ensure that your report complies with the following testing regime for Flight Test issues as detailed HERE As well, reports must comply with the guidelines for making a Bug Report at the top of the Moderated Bug Reports - Windows Forum HERE Please ensure that your reports comply with the Guidelines clearly laid out just about the Start new topic button. 109. Hi, Regarding the T33 round. This issue is already known and has been sent to the Developer's for resolution. Task ID: 0036831 For the T43 round I will need confirmation via a reference of this statement. M318 Round. Task ID: 0036830 Cheers

  112. Thank you all for the additional information.
  113. Hi, Thanks for this. I am not sure if this is an issue, or a problem with process. I have asked some of our skinner community for input and am awaiting their responses. Cheers
  114. Not a bug. This is opinion. It has at its base, the assumption that BR is based only on armour value and maneuverability. This is an incorrect assumption on BR. Cheers
  115. Performs in this manner, according to these uncorroborated, unknown, unreferenced documents. Which you continue to claim are accurate and correct, but cannot provide any evidence of this. I have repeatedly asked for the basic identification information outlined quite clearly in the Reporting Guidelines, which you have been unable to provide. As per this. We still do not know what the source of these documents are. Despite your assertion that they are correct, which they maybe. But this needs to be proven, not assumed. You seem to be simply ignoring the fact that you cannot identify these documents, or their original source. This is a basic requirement for the reporting of issues that you should have complied with. As I have said, I will discuss this with Admin and the Devs
  116. Please ensure that your reports to the Technical Forums comply with the clearly laid out Guidelines, otherwise they will not be Approved.

As per this (right above the Start new topic button).

PLEASE, READ THIS BEFORE POSTING !!!

To make a report for Flight and Damage Model Issues valid and useful, the initial post MUST follow Flight and Damage Model Issues guidelines.

To make a report for Data and Performance Errors valid and useful, the initial post MUST follow Data and Performance Errors guidelines.

Any report that does not meet the guidelines will not be approved. If you require any assistance regarding Bug Reporting, please contact a Technical Moderator.

Please, follow "One Issue = One Thread" rule (do not post DIFFERENT / ISSUES THAT LOOK SIMILAR in existing threads, or start a topic about multiple issues).

Also, issues regarding vehicles that are only on the Development Server are to be posted here.

    https://forum.warthunder.com/index.php?/forum/1181-dev-server-167-bug-reports/

As they are not in the game yet.  You are seeing an advanced version only on the Dev Server.  Please do not post them to the Production area.  This is for vehicles that are actually released into the game.

    Please also read this.

The armour issue on the T34 Armour problem is already known and reported.  For the T29 machine gun this issue is known, however your report is incomplete and is based on an 'opinion'.  We do not deal in 'opinions', only facts. :)   All assertions require evidence to support them.  As per the Data and Performance Errors guidelines above.

    Cheers

  117. Hi, Thanks for the report. I will investigate, test and get back to you shortly, Do you have any replays and clogs for the other "occasion happenings"? The clog file contains different information to the Replay files and is always required. I also believe I have explained to you how data communications impact on this issue previously. Given that you apparently often experience similar issues when playing (given the number of reports you have made) and we repeatedly cannot replicate them this would indicate a data comms issue and not an issue with the game. As I have suggested to you before, the most likely cause is a data comms error. You should contact your ISP and ask them to 'shape' your connection for MMO games. Cheers, KotA
  118. If you think there are issues, you are more than welcome to provide the reports on them, regardless of number. Thanks for your assistance. Cheers
  119. Thanks for that. I will read further, but I note that the first Spitfire in your post above is circa 1948 and the one below it 1945. It is quite possible the Developers have selected a different time frame to represent. I will get back to you shortly. Cheers
  120. Thanks, As this is therefore not a Primary Reference it will need a supporting document that contains the same information as this Web Site. The Web site itself carries this disclaimer: (I note that the Web Site Author cannot spell "original" or "transcription" correctly, which does not bode well for the accuracy of the references they provide; if this is an indication of their attention to detail for a Web Site). I am presuming that this is the document they are talking about So at the moment we have a private Web Site that acknowledges that the original document they 'copied' from was "barely readable", and we have no idea what the source of that original document was. We have no supporting information and the other documents provided cannot be identified. Despite all this, you indicate that the aircraft FM is wrong (apparently based on the questionable, unsupported references) and that it should be changed in line with this document who's authenticity and accuracy is questionable and unknown. I will discuss this with Administration and the Developers. Thanks
  121. I am not interested in if the information is in both documents. That is not what is being asked for. It is really simple, all I need is the actual document name, source, author etc as it lists above (in my responding post to your report). ie: Something like Flight Manual Me 109 G6 etc It is quite commonly requested for all Historical/Performance reports. I even have entire Flight/Maintenance Manuals provided by players. Cheers

  128. The names of the "factory documents", where have they come from and the other information we indicate is required, quite CLEARLY in the Guidelines. As in: These are quite normal and common referencing standards used by Industrial, Commercial and Educational Institutions etc. They are nothing 'special'.

  133. Unable to replicate the issue. As you can see, there are multiple hits to the mantlet area which failed to penetrate, only causing some minor spalling effects to the driver. Review of the server replay indicates the shell hit slightly lower than that in the client replay. The server replay shows what happened in 'real time', not with the latency issues etc of the client side replay. From what I have observed (and that of another TM) the round that gets you appears to actually penetrate the upper deck of the Centurion which is 29mm thick. Cheers
  134. Vectrobe, Developers ask: Does this only happen when the interface is moving around? ie: in the hangar as you move from planes to tanks etc? Or does it occur in the game as well? Do you have a similar issue with any other programs? Ner_Mad, We have a structured method of assessing the impact and importance of issues. That is why reports are to be vetted. Also, a surprising number of people never read the guidelines before posting here and often leave out all the requested files and information etc that could help rectify their issue. Have you carried out all the rectification options already tried with Vectrobe? If so, then please add all the relevant files to the report just as Vectrobe has and as per the guidelines. Cheers

  139. Hi, I still do not have all the information required. Can I draw your attention to the guidelines for making a Historical Issues Report HERE - Please ensure your reports comply with these guidelines. Can I draw your particular attention to point 3 of the above link please; Currently, your report only has one reference to the issue. The reference to "Chieftain Main Battle Tank 1966-present by Haynes" does not have the actual information confirming the shell designation. It is only a Appendix and Reference sources. We need the actual page that supports your assertion and scan of that page and the front covers of both books and their ISBN's etc as well. The source of the photograph needs to be cited. Cheers
