Hallo @Kaleun_Lehmann, dazu gibt es hier einen Artikel: https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us/articles/200070011-How-to-switch-to-high-perfomance-integrated-video-card- Du könntest mal versuchen die aces.exe aus dem win32 Ordner und aus dem win64 Ordner in deinem War Thunder Hauptverzeichnis manuell in dem Catalyst Control Center hinzuzufügen. Vielleicht startet ja fälschlicherweise die 32-Bit version, welche dann nicht automatisch erkannt wird. Sonst könntest du auch noch versuchen deinen Energiesparplan in den Windows Energieoptionen auf Höchstleistung stellen:

Tracker ID: 0055913 Als Übergangslösung sollte ein Neustart des Spiels funktionieren. Das hilft bei mir jedenfalls so gut wie immer.   22. Hello, your DxDiag-Log was created using the 32-bit version of the DxDiag tool. Please create a new one using the 64-bit version. (You should be able to choose the version in the DxDiag tool window) Also please download and install all Windows updates, and update your graphic drivers. You can find them on the official Nvidia website. If this still won't help, try to perform a clean boot. (Close all programs and unnecessary applications, including the logitech gaming software)
  23. Hallo @ctd42, das klingt eher nach einem Problem mit deinem System als nach einem Fehler des Spiels. Bitte lade ein DxDiag-Protokoll und ein Client-Protokoll von einer Session hoch, in der das Spiel abgestürzt ist. Vielleicht gibt es ja einen ganz einfachen Grund für deine Probleme.

  25. Hello, so if you left-click anywhere its performing actions at all, just not the correct ones? Try to use an older compatibility mode anyways, maybe it works. Have you tried starting the game in a different window mode already? Like windowed-fullscreen or windowed? You can select that in the launcher settings.

  27. Hello, please set your launcher.exe and the aces.exe inside the win32 and the win64 folder in your War Thunder main directory to the compatibility mode for Windows 8 or older. (Rightclick it, select properties and go to compatibility tab to run it in compatibility mode) Are the buttons playing their animation/changing their color if you hover over them? Are all buttons affected or are just some buttons not working? Please check if there is any button that works. Also try to delete your config.blk inside your War Thunder main directory and start the game again.
  28. Hello @ExaltedProphet, in such cases please always check the server replay first. In this case this is the server replay for your battle: http://warthunder.com/de/tournament/replay/type/172266022938358738 In the server replay you can clearly see that the Panzer IV hit you before you shot, so your shot only existed on the client, but never reached the server since you were dead already. This often happens when your ping is too high or if you are having packet loss. The enemy just was faster and/or had a better ping, so your shot never really existed at all. (The hit on the Panzer IV you saw in the client replay just was an interpolation/expected position of your client wich was never confirmed by the server) Anyways, thank your for your effort and the help improving the game. If you still think this is a bug, please contact another Technical Moderator about this for a review.

If the game isn't creating any logs please check if it got write permissions in the .game_logs folder. Is this always happening or just randomly sometimes when you start the game? Also restart your computer once and try it again, if you haven't done this already yet.   30. Hello @butzlmann! Was this a full re-installation of Windows 10, or did you used the upgrade tool to keep the settings and programs from Windows 7? If you used the upgrade tool you probably should install Windows 10 directly again, since just upgrading from Windows 7 often caused driver or other system problems in the past. Is your computer still restarting when the game crashes? Try turning off that function by right-clicking the computer on your desktop -> properties -> advanced system properties -> advanced -> startup and recovery -> system errors -> perform auto-restart This should give you errors instead of a restart then. You also should see a path to your memory dumps there, please upload one or analyze it yourself with any tool if you can. Also performing a memory and a HDD check might be a good idea. How to do that is explained here in german. To check your HDD, right-click the drive War Thunder is installed on, select properties, go to the tools tab and select the drive check option.

  44. Hello @butzlmann, such issues sometimes appeared in the past when the computer was overheating. It looks like you are playing without enabled vSync, please enable it and watch your temperatures (with a free program like HWMonitor), to make sure that your hardware isn't getting too hot. If this won't help, please try to switch into the ULQ mode (support for old video cards) and play a few rounds there with enabled vSync. To do that, righclick War Thunder in your Steam library, select properties and go to the local files tab. If you are not using the Steam version, download the launcher again and install it inside the existing directory, so it replaced all old files with new ones. -> Download Link

  78. Hallo @TheMTVGAMEONE1, nur nochmal um sicher zu gehen: Die Internet Explorer Einstellungen hast du zurückgesetzt? Hast du auch mal probiert die Firewall und die Anti-Virus Software komplett zu deaktivieren? Sonst könntest du auch mal versuchen deinen Router neu zu starten, oder ihn sogar komplett zurückzusetzen. Es wäre sicherlich auch hilfreich, wenn du dein DxDiag-Protokoll hochladen würdest.

  100. Hello @JFG80, just assing a single key to the stabilizer mode: Pressing it once will turn the stabilizer off, pressing it again will turn it on again. Also make sure that the tank you are trying this with got a stabilizer. You can find a full list of supported vehicles here. For quick-testing this you can go into a test drive with the desired vehicle in realistic mode. The difference should be noticeable there.

  112. Ich habe mir das Client- und das Server Replay angeschaut, was meine Screenshots oben auch beweisen. Auf denen sind die Bomben die dich zerstört haben auch klar erkennbar. Bomben explodieren in Arcade erst etwa 10 Sekunden nach Abwurf. Ob sie bereits aufgeschlagen sind ist dabei egal, die bleiben dann halt auf dem Boden liegen bis die 10 Sekunden abgelaufen sind. Nochmal vereinfacht dargestellt: IL-10 wirft die Bomben ab -> 10 Sekunden Timer startet -> die Bomben landen neben dir -> du zerstört die IL-10 -> du kehrst in dein Fahrzeug zurück -> die 10 Sekunden sind um und die Bomben explodieren

If you are sure that this is only happening in squadron battles, please restart the game before joining a squadron battle, try to use the range finder, and exit the game after the first battle. Please delete your config.blk and make sure that the WIP client is turned off in your launcher settings. I wasn't able to reproduce this in 1024x768. Start the game in 1024x768 without changing your resolution or DirectX mode and check if the problem is still there. Try setting the window mode to fullscreen and set your desktop resolution to the game resolution or higher, but do not start the game in 800x600 or any resolution lower than 1024x768. You also forgot to attach your DxDiag-Log. Without it this report isn't complete.   140. Hello Bili_Piton, the 1.67 update finally added correct crosshair scaling for higher resolutions. You can find serval UI options in Menu - Game Options - Interface Is the 'Big fonts in menu' option enabled? This basically switches the whole UI size from small to big. If the crosshair is still too big then, you could try to select another one. The options for the player infos are marked with the [Indicators] tag in front of them. Play around with them if you don't need all the infos.

However, there should be no problem running it, since your card can run older DirectX versions as well without any need to revert anything. Please go to your War Thunder main directory and delete the config.blk file. It will be re-generated automatically when you start the launcher again. Start the game then and see if it works. If it still won't start, please upload your latest client log and launcher log.
