Thank you muchly. Just as one little idea of an alt-history RB battle, you might have Japanese and British tanks clashing to the north of Singapore, as IJAAF and IJNAS planes swoop by overhead, intent on knocking out the defensive positions around the city, where HMS Repulse and HMS Prince of Wales managed to escape their deadly fate on December 10, 1941 and are now moored in the port, priority targets to be sunk by Japan.

It's been bugging me for a while now; the maps for Japan are getting very same-y; constant repeats of Pelieu, Saipan, Kankhalin Gol, and occasionally Iwo Jima, which are a big hassle for pilots who mainline certain Japanese aircraft, in particular level bombers like the Ki-49's. In fact, it occurs to me that there are two entire theatres of war that have been ignored in both the game, and in real history too; specifically, the Malaya Campaign, from those first few months where Japan overran everywhere from Hong Kong to Singapore; and the drawn out Burma Campaign that lasted from early 1942 right up to VJ-Day. Malaya Campaign Map, December 1941 - January 1942 Map of opening stages of Burma Campaign, 1942 It would certainly be a nice change, and shed some light in a mostly forgotten theatre of the war.
